Sites to Visit

You may want to surf the Web a little and visit some sites that could be of interest.

Site 1:  Some of you may not know that there is a "Presbyterian Church USA" web site.  Click http://www.pcusa.org/ and check it out!!

Site 2:  This site gives you an overview of Presbyterian Camps and Conference Centers.  Well worth the visit at http://www.mission-presbytery.org/CampsandConferences.html .

Site 3:  A lot of work (by the Bible Heritage Foundation, Inc.) went into creating "The Story of Jesus" web site.  It is a journey I think you will really enjoy - and get a great deal out of spiritually.  Visit it at http://www.thestoryofjesus.com/ .

Sites 4 & 5:  For Bible Study (group or individual), these sites are two of the best organized reference guides you will find anywhere: http://www.blueletterbible.org/ and http://www.biblegateway.com/ .

Site 6:  If anyone is interested in a good place to get a degree in Business, Religion, Chemistry or any of 21 majors, including a Master's degree in Education, recommend you check out http://www.schreiner.edu/ .  Schreiner University in Kerrville is an extremely modern facility in a beautiful setting in the Texas hill country.  It is Presbyterian related and offers a special Presbyterian Heritage Grant to Presbyterian students.  A friend of Mark's, Reverend Frank Seaman, is Director of Church Relations there, and I'm sure would go out of his way to give you any help you need.  You can contact him at flseaman@schreiner.edu.

Site 7:  For those of you with an interest in the NASA space program (which happens to be one of my favorite subjects), visit http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/shuttle/shuttlemissions/index.html for a look at all of their shuttle missions.

Site 8:  If you want an AWESOME tour of outer space, log on to http://spacewander.com/USA/english.html !!  Some people think this is the best site on the WEB!

Site 9:  Still on the NASA/Space theme, here is a blow-by-blow look at the construction of the Space Station - our gateway to the future:  http://i.usatoday.net/tech/graphics/iss_timeline/flash.htm

Site 10:  If you want to learn something about computers, log onto my site at www.kzconsulting.info.  I've spent a lot of time trying to explain the world of computing on a simple basis.  Hope you enjoy it.

Site 11:  For you `old timers' (like me) that enjoyed the 50s and 60s music, this site is decicated to the stars that made these years very special.  Just go to  http://www.doo-wop.org/doowop_019.htm and hang on!!
